Competitive Team  

  • Competitive team is not for every one. It is very demanding, both physically and mentally. 

  • You must be highly motivated and committed to hard work and discipline, very difficult for young children.

  • But, if you can make it, the rewarding benefits last you a lifetime. Our job is to help you make it. 

  • We have high standards for details and basic skills because small things make a big difference in gymnastics.

  • Whether you are interested in gymnastics for fun, or have an ambition in the sport, we help you achieve your goal.

  •  Last, but not the least, we will make hard work fun for our young athletes. 

Pre Team   

Mini Pre Team (3.5--5 years old)

Pre Team (5.5 - 7 years old)

Practice Schedule 

  • This is a prep competition team. Train at USAG Levels  2, 3, and 4 on all events.

  • Focus on basic gymnastics skills for a solid foundation for competitive gymnastics. 

  • Participate in at least one in-house meet during each season. 

  • Start fundamental conditioning and flexibility excise  

  • Lean basic tumbling  skills.

  • Take introductory dance class  

Compulsory Team

Levels 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6  

Practice Schedule

  • Train at USAG  Levels 3, 4, 5, and 6 on all events and learn the routines.

  • Compete in Maryland USAG meets. 

  • Participate in at least one in-house meet each season in preparation for competition. 

  • Emphasize core conditioning, over all strength, and flexibility  

  • Develop mental toughness while building up focus and self-motivation.

  • Take dance training.

  • Prepare to move on to optional team. 

Optional Team ( Level 7 to Elite)

We offer USAG optional program to talented and committed gymnasts from our compulsory team.  We welcome qualified gymnasts to join us. Please contact us for more information.
